As a little girl in Deadwood,South Dakota, my Dad was playing in a country western band traveling around, and my Mom was a bartender and waitress and worked late, and my three older brothers were wanderers, but I spent a lot of time with the console playing records and albums, and at six sung my heart out with Pasty’s albums and other albums. But “Walking after Midnight” was one of my favorites💖❣️🎶

I sing along to her songs because they are good for those of us with a lower register. She's got some of the best melodies ever! The lyrics are relatable and her voice is perfection.

I am so sorry that you didn't have the opportunity to listen to her sooner however I am so grateful that you did it makes me happy try listening to Connie Francis, Kitty Wells June Carter, there is so many I don't know where to stop bless your heart I mean I could go out and tell you more in the meantime please at least try to enjoy these singers I think you might like them if you like Patsy. In hopes my writing is okay I'm also getting up in age.

I absolutely love her

When I first heard her sing these songs, I had just returned from Spain and was living in northern California. 1967. I was mesmerized. I was only 17 and still in school but I determined that I would meet her. If anything came of it, that would be great, but I admired her music, mostly and meeting her was fantasy enough. To pursue my goal, I got involved in the industry as a Disc Jockey, a Chief Engineer, a radio personality, and later as an actor. All of those occupations sort of derailed my intentions, even though I had hoped that those pursuits would eventually lead me to the opportunity I sought. And I got older and my pursuits lead me in a different direction, in local theater and movies. So, I never did. God bless her for the inspiration, anyway.
